Returns and complaints

Did the size not fit you? You can return the sneakers to us within the statutory period of 14 days from the date of receipt without giving a reason.

You can choose to get a refund for the entire order or request a different size. (in the case of a price difference, you will be sent an additional payment in the new order, which will need to be paid)

Return procedure

1. Put the unworn goods in a larger cardboard box, if possible, the same one in which we delivered the goods to you. Please don't put tape on the shoe box directly, the original packaging will be devalued and the claim will not be accepted!

2. Send the packed goods to our adress.

3. Fill out the contact form below with your order number in the Comment section so we know about the returning package.

4. We will send the money to the account no later than 14 days after the delivery and inspection of the returned goods, but it is usually much faster. If you request a change of size instead of a refund, please indicate this in the form.

Please note that the sneakers must arrive back to us in the condition in which they were sent to you, i.e. without signs of wear, including the original packaging.
